JCT are proud to announce the launch of a new annual award for innovation in traffic signal design.

The Brian Simmonite award for innovation in traffic signal design will be conferred to the winner of this annual competition. The winner will receive a cash prize (or equivalent) of £1000.

Entries must focus specifically on the design and implementation of traffic signal junctions but may include innovation in control techniques if they are rooted in junction design.
